3. Ready-to-Ship & Pre-Order Items

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require a production period of approximately 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are shown in the selected currency and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes where applicable.

Maison Meraki reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed upon successful payment authorization.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and courier operations.

Custom duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and limited production quantities, all sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Requests regarding defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos and order details.

Items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Maison Meraki reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.

Maison Meraki reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Payment authorization failure
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors

If an order is cancelled by Maison Meraki, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
